Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial trucks across Michigan and Ohio routes
- Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate vehicle logs
- Load/unload cargo with precision and adherence to safety protocols
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients
- Ensure timely delivery while maintaining DOT compliance
- Operate GPS navigation systems for efficient routing
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license or willingness to obtain through our training program
- Clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Basic mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- High school diploma or equivalent required
