Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles following DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Deliver freight to designated locations across Washington and Oregon territories
- Conduct pre-trip inspections and maintain accurate vehicle maintenance logs
- Communicate effectively with dispatch team and clients regarding delivery status
- Adhere to strict delivery schedules while ensuring on-time performance
- Utilize GPS technology for route optimization and traffic avoidance
- Complete required paperwork and documentation for each shipment
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening requirements
- Willingness to obtain CDL Class A license through our paid training program
- Strong work ethic and punctuality for scheduled shifts
- Basic math skills for weight calculations and delivery documentation
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally for cargo assistance
- Must be at least 21 years old per FMCSA regulations
