Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles to transport freight according to DOT regulations
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation and logs
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and company policies
- Assist with loading/unloading when required
- Represent the company professionally at all delivery points
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license or willingness to obtain through our training program
- Clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Basic math skills for weight calculations and documentation
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- No previous experience required for training program
