Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (box trucks or dry vans) for local/regional routes
- Load/unload shipments with proper handling techniques
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation
- Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients
- Assist in route planning and timely deliveries
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license (Class A/B preferred but not required)
- Clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Basic math and communication skills
- Willingness to obtain CDL through company-sponsored training
- Flexible schedule including early mornings and weekends
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- No prior experience necessary – we train from scratch!
