Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles to transport freight throughout Indiana and surrounding regions
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Accurately complete delivery documentation and maintain shipment records
- Communicate effectively with dispatch team and clients regarding delivery status
- Adhere to all DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Assist with loading/unloading shipments when necessary
- Report any maintenance issues or road hazards promptly
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to obtain CDL-A license (training provided)
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Basic navigation skills and familiarity with GPS technology
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings
- No CDL experience required – we train!
