Responsibilities
- Operate Class 8 trucks for dedicated regional routes within Colorado and surrounding states
- Adhere to flexible scheduling with customizable start/end times
- Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and maintain electronic logs
- Ensure timely delivery of temperature-sensitive and high-value freight
- Collaborate with dispatch team for dynamic route optimization
- Uphold FMCSA safety standards and company protocols
- Document delivery receipts and maintain accurate paperwork
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record (no DUIs in past 5 years)
- Minimum 2 years OTR experience with dedicated route background
- Ability to work independently with flexible schedule preferences
- Strong familiarity with mountain driving conditions and winter protocols
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Willingness to pass DOT physical and random drug screenings
- Basic proficiency in electronic logging systems (e.g., Omnitracs)
