Responsibilities
- Safely operate dump trucks to transport construction materials and debris to designated sites
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks
- Follow DOT regulations and safety protocols at all times
- Load/unload materials efficiently using equipment guidance
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and site supervisors
- Adapt routes based on traffic conditions and delivery schedules
Qualifications
- Valid Class B CDL permit (training provided for license acquisition)
- Clean driving record with no major violations
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Physical stamina to handle outdoor work and climbing equipment
- Strong commitment to workplace safety
- Basic math skills for load verification
- Reliable transportation to reporting location
- Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings
