Responsibilities
- Operate dump trucks safely to transport construction materials, gravel, and debris
- Perform daily pre-trip inspections and basic vehicle maintenance
- Follow DOT regulations and maintain accurate delivery logs
- Collaborate with site supervisors to ensure timely material unloading
- Adapt to varying job sites and weather conditions
- Maintain clean driving record and safety protocols
- Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance skills
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean record (minimum 1 year)
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Willingness to obtain CDL Class A/B with company sponsorship
- Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
