Responsibilities
- Deliver packages and documents to residential and commercial addresses within designated routes
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures when required
- Inspect vehicles for safety and cleanliness before and after each shift
- Communicate effectively with dispatch team and customers regarding delivery status
- Adhere to traffic laws and company safety protocols at all times
- Assist with loading/unloading packages using proper lifting techniques
- Report any vehicle maintenance issues or delivery delays promptly
Qualifications
- Valid Washington State driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Basic smartphone proficiency for navigation and delivery apps
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 pounds regularly
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Reliable transportation to and from work location
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions
