Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses throughout New Orleans.
- Obtain and verify delivery instructions, ensuring all items are handled with care.
- Interact professionally with customers, maintaining a friendly and helpful demeanor.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle at all times.
- Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Accurately record proof of delivery and handle any necessary transactions or tips.
- Adhere to time-sensitive schedules to ensure on-time deliveries.
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license (Class D or equivalent) with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Reliable smartphone with data connectivity for route management and communication.
- Basic navigation skills and the ability to read maps.
