Responsibilities
- Transport packages to residential and commercial locations in a safe and timely manner.
- Utilize GPS and delivery apps to navigate efficiently and manage route schedules.
- Verify recipient identities and ensure accurate package handling.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and resolving delivery concerns.
- Inspect vehicles regularly and perform basic maintenance checks before routes.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies at all times.
- Keep the delivery vehicle clean and organized.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License and a clean driving record (no serious infractions).
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Reliable smartphone with data capabilities (Android or iOS).
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
