Responsibilities
- Deliver packages to residential and commercial locations in a safe and timely manner.
- Practice safe driving habits and adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Inspect vehicle condition before and after each shift to ensure cleanliness and mechanical safety.
- Interact professionally with customers, answering questions and resolving delivery issues.
- Utilize delivery management software to track routes and update order status in real-time.
- Manage cash handling and digital payment transactions accurately.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License (Class C) and a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Basic computer literacy and smartphone proficiency for navigation.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Reliable transportation to and from the local hub.
