Responsibilities
- Safely Deliver Packages: Transport packages to residential and commercial addresses in a timely and accurate manner.
- Customer Interaction: Deliver friendly and professional service, handling package exchanges and inquiries with care.
- App Management: Utilize our mobile application to track orders, receive navigation directions, and update delivery status in real-time.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Perform basic pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the delivery vehicle to ensure safety and cleanliness.
- Documentation: Accurately complete delivery logs and receipt confirmations.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License: A current, valid driver's license with a clean driving record (no major violations in the last 3 years).
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 21 years old.
- Smartphone: Must have a smartphone (iOS or Android) capable of downloading our delivery app.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
