Your Mission
As a Delivery Driver, you will be the face of our company. You will ensure that our customers receive their packages safely and on time, providing a level of service that keeps them coming back.
Responsibilities
- Safely transport and deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses within the Dallas metroplex.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies to ensure a accident-free driving record.
- Verify delivery addresses and obtain digital signatures upon successful drop-off.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle at all times.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers to resolve any delivery issues or route changes.
- Assist with loading and unloading packages, including lifting heavy items when necessary.
Qualifications
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record (no major violations within the last 3 years).
- Ability to pass a standard background check and drug screening.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Basic computer literacy for logging deliveries and navigating mapping software.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
