Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver packages and goods to residential and commercial locations
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain proper signatures for shipments
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions and address client inquiries
- Adhere to traffic laws, delivery routes, and company policies at all times
- Assist with loading/unloading packages and maintain organized vehicle storage
- Communicate delivery status updates to dispatch and resolve delivery exceptions promptly
Qualifications
- Valid Nebraska driver's license with clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent; no prior experience required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic smartphone proficiency for navigation and delivery tracking apps
- Strong time management skills and punctuality for on-time deliveries
- Positive attitude and commitment to professional conduct
- Pass background check and drug screening as per company policy
- Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings and weekends
