Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial locations throughout Raleigh metropolitan area
- Maintain accurate delivery logs using our mobile tracking system and obtain required signatures
- Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions and resolve delivery inquiries
- Adhere to all traffic regulations and company safety protocols at all times
- Collaborate with dispatch team to optimize delivery routes and maintain timely schedules
- Assist with loading/unloading operations and package sorting at distribution center
Qualifications
- Valid North Carolina driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Ability to safely operate 15-20 ft box trucks (training provided)
- Basic smartphone proficiency for navigation and delivery applications
- Physical ability to lift packages up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation to our Raleigh distribution facility
