Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages and goods to residential and commercial locations within designated routes
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and obtain customer signatures for proof of delivery
- Perform pre-trip inspections and basic vehicle maintenance checks to ensure operational safety
- Utilize GPS navigation systems to optimize delivery routes and meet tight deadlines
- Provide exceptional customer service with professional communication and problem-solving
- Assist with loading/unloading shipments and organize inventory in the delivery vehicle
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols at all times
Qualifications
- Valid Texas Driver's License with clean driving record (minimum 1 year licensed)
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout shifts
- Basic familiarity with smartphone apps and GPS navigation
- Reliable transportation to and from the Austin distribution center
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions (heat, rain, etc.)
