Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages, food, and documents to customers within designated time windows
- Maintain accurate delivery records using our mobile tracking system
- Provide exceptional customer service during each interaction
- Perform routine vehicle safety checks and report maintenance needs
- Optimize routes to minimize delivery times and fuel consumption
- Communicate delivery status updates to dispatch and customers
- Assist with warehouse operations when not on delivery routes
Qualifications
- Valid New York State driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout shift
- Basic smartphone proficiency for navigation and communication apps
- Strong knowledge of NYC boroughs and major landmarks
- Reliable transportation to and from our Manhattan hub
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
- No felony convictions and passing background check
- High school diploma or equivalent required
