Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles to transport freight within Arizona and surrounding states
- Conduct pre-trip inspections and maintain accurate vehicle maintenance logs
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Manage delivery documentation and communicate with dispatch teams
- Operate in various weather conditions while maintaining on-time delivery schedules
- Provide exceptional customer service during loading/unloading operations
- Utilize electronic logging devices (ELD) for compliance
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 1 year of verifiable truck driving experience OR graduate of accredited CDL training program
- Clean driving record with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Basic knowledge of cargo securement and weight distribution
- Strong communication and time-management skills
- Flexibility to work irregular schedules including nights/weekends
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
