Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (dry van, refrigerated, or flatbed) within Washington DC metro area
- Adhere to DOT regulations and safety protocols at all times
- Complete daily vehicle inspections and maintenance reports
- Manage loading/unloading procedures with precision
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation and route planning
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients
- Participate in ongoing safety and skills training
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean record (no DUIs in past 5 years)
- No commercial driving experience required – we train!
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Basic math and navigation skills
- Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, or holidays
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety
- Willingness to obtain CDL-A within 90 days of hire
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
