Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles in compliance with DOT regulations
- Complete comprehensive CDL training program with expert instructors
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Deliver freight to designated locations within specified timeframes
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation and logs
- Adhere to strict safety standards and company policies
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients
- Participate in ongoing safety and skills training
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver's License permit (or ability to obtain)
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- No prior CDL experience required
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Basic math skills for load verification
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
