Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (Class A CDL) to transport goods across designated routes
- Perform pre-trip inspections and basic vehicle maintenance checks
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation per DOT regulations
- Ensure timely delivery of freight while prioritizing safety and compliance
- Communicate effectively with dispatch team and clients regarding delivery status
- Adhere to all federal, state, and company safety policies and procedures
- Provide exceptional customer service during loading/unloading processes
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 21 years of age with clean driving record
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Basic knowledge of transportation regulations and safety protocols
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying weather conditions
- Willingness to travel overnight and work flexible schedules
