Responsibilities
- Operate commercial Class A trucks safely and efficiently on various routes.
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure compliance and safety.
- Load and unload cargo using appropriate equipment and techniques.
- Maintain accurate logs and documentation according to FMCSA regulations.
- Ensure the security and preservation of freight during transit.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding schedules and deliveries.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (Class A) required.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Clean driving record (MVR check required).
- Ability to pass a DOT physical examination.
- Willingness to undergo paid entry-level training if required.
- Strong commitment to safety and time management.
- Basic English communication skills.
