Responsibilities
- Operate commercial trucks and trailers safely and efficiently on all road conditions.
- Load and unload cargo in a timely manner while adhering to safety regulations.
- Complete daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and logkeeping accurately.
- Maintain a clean driving record and follow all DOT and company safety policies.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery schedules.
- Ensure the securement of freight to prevent damage during transit.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) required.
- Must possess a clean driving record (MVR).
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Eligible to work in the United States.
- Ability to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical exam.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
