Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (Class A/B CDL) to transport goods and materials
- Perform thorough pre-trip/post-trip vehicle inspections and maintenance checks
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations, safety protocols, and delivery schedules
- Load/unload cargo using proper equipment and techniques
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and team members
- Respond professionally to route changes and delivery challenges
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 1 year driving experience (commercial or equivalent)
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds repeatedly
- Basic navigation skills and familiarity with GPS systems
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Flexibility to work weekends, nights, and holidays
