Responsibilities
- Operate commercial vehicles safely and efficiently across Ohio/Texas routes
- Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate logbooks
- Load/unload freight with proper equipment handling protocols
- Adhere to FMCSA regulations and company safety standards
- Deliver freight on time while maintaining excellent customer service
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and team members
- Participate in ongoing safety training programs
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license (A must-have!)
- Minimum 1 year driving experience or recent CDL graduate
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Basic math skills for delivery documentation
- Flexibility for early morning/evening/weekend shifts
- Strong commitment to safety and punctuality
- Willingness to travel to Texas routes as needed
