Responsibilities
- Operate commercial motor vehicles (CMVs) safely and efficiently on assigned routes.
- Inspect vehicle condition before, during, and after trips, reporting any issues immediately.
- Load and unload cargo, ensuring proper weight distribution and securing loads.
- Maintain accurate electronic logging device (ELD) records and Hours of Service (HOS) compliance.
- Interact professionally with customers and clients at delivery and pickup locations.
- Adhere to all DOT regulations, company policies, and traffic laws.
Qualifications
- Must possess a valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL Class A) or be willing to obtain one through our training program.
- Clean driving record with no more than two (2) moving violations in the past three years.
- Ability to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical examination.
- Strong knowledge of traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Excellent time management and navigation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet strict delivery schedules.
