Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles to transport goods within Los Angeles metropolitan area
- Conduct pre-trip inspections and maintain accurate vehicle maintenance logs
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Manage delivery schedules and communicate with dispatch team
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Assist with loading/unloading operations when required
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Clean driving record with no major violations
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Basic knowledge of GPS navigation and route planning
- Strong commitment to safety and punctuality
- Physical ability to climb in/out of trucks and handle freight
- Willingness to complete company-sponsored training program
