Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles to transport goods across designated routes
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation
- Load/unload cargo securely and efficiently
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Communicate effectively with dispatch team and clients
- Assist in training new drivers as you advance in your role
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license (or willingness to obtain one through our training program)
- Minimum 21 years of age
- Clean driving record with no major violations
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Basic math skills for delivery documentation
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings
