Responsibilities
- Operate commercial vehicles safely across Florida routes
- Perform pre-trip inspections and basic vehicle maintenance
- Adhere to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Load/unload freight with proper handling techniques
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation and logs
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license (or permit with willingness to test)
- Clean driving record with no major violations
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Basic knowledge of truck operations and safety
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
