Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (Class A CDL) to transport freight
- Conduct pre-trip inspections and maintain accurate vehicle logs
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Deliver goods to designated locations on time and in perfect condition
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients
- Assist with loading/unloading when required
- Complete all required paperwork and documentation
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A)
- Minimum 1 year driving experience preferred but not required
- Clean driving record with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Basic knowledge of FMCSA regulations
- Strong commitment to safety and customer service
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including early mornings
