Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles under the guidance of a trainer
- Complete CDL training program to obtain Class A license
- Adhere to DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Perform pre-trip inspections and basic vehicle maintenance
- Deliver freight to various destinations within NY state
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation and logs
- Participate in ongoing safety and skills training
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- No CDL experience required (training provided)
- Basic math and communication skills
- Flexibility for irregular hours and overnight trips
