Responsibilities
- Safely operate dump trucks for material transport (soil, gravel, asphalt)
- Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and document maintenance
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and route documentation
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Collaborate with foremen and site supervisors on logistics
- Load/unload materials at construction sites and recycling facilities
- Perform minor equipment troubleshooting and report issues
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B CDL with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years commercial dump truck experience
- DOT medical certification and current physical
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in variable weather
- Knowledge of Anaheim/Orange County roadways
- Drug-free workplace compliance (pre-employment testing required)
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Basic equipment maintenance knowledge
