Responsibilities
- Safely operate dump trucks for material transport and construction site operations
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and maintain vehicle maintenance logs
- Load/unload materials using heavy equipment and adhere to safety protocols
- Plan efficient routes and maintain delivery schedules with dispatch coordination
- Comply with DOT regulations and local traffic laws
- Conduct basic equipment troubleshooting and report maintenance needs
- Assist in site preparation and material management as required
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) required
- Minimum 1 year commercial driving experience preferred
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Basic equipment operation knowledge and mechanical aptitude
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety compliance
- Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings and weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent required
