Responsibilities
- Safely operate dump trucks for material transport (gravel, asphalt, soil)
- Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and maintain logs
- Adhere to DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Coordinate with dispatchers and site supervisors
- Load/unload materials using proper techniques
- Maintain clean and organized worksite
- Support emergency response operations as needed
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years dump truck experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in all weather
- Pass pre-employment drug test and background check
- Knowledge of Portland metro area routes
- HAZMAT certification preferred
- Strong communication and time management skills
