Responsibilities
- Safely operate dump trucks to transport construction materials, debris, and aggregates across job sites in Columbus and surrounding areas
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, documenting maintenance needs and safety compliance
- Plan efficient routes using remote digital tools to optimize delivery schedules and fuel efficiency
- Maintain accurate logs and paperwork through our remote fleet management system
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and company safety protocols at all times
- Collaborate with dispatch team via remote communication channels for real-time coordination
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years of dump truck operation experience
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Proficiency in using GPS navigation and remote fleet management software
- Strong attention to safety and detail-oriented work ethic
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying weather conditions
- Reliable internet access for remote administrative tasks
