Responsibilities
- Operate dump trucks to transport materials such as dirt, gravel, sand, and asphalt.
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently at job sites.
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance.
- Maintain accurate logbooks, delivery receipts, and mileage records.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and site supervisors.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A or B is preferred but not required for paid training.
- Strong driving record with a clean DMV abstract.
- Physical ability to lift heavy loads and perform manual labor as needed.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and environments.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
