Responsibilities
- Safely operate dump trucks and heavy equipment at construction sites
- Conduct pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and maintenance checks
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and paperwork
- Coordinate with site managers for efficient loading/unloading
- Perform minor equipment troubleshooting
- Represent company professionally with clients and contractors
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license (Class A CDL preferred but not required)
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Willingness to complete paid training program
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Basic mechanical aptitude
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
- Good communication skills
- No major traffic violations in past 3 years
