Responsibilities
- Safely operate dump trucks to transport construction materials to job sites across Colorado Springs
- Perform daily pre-trip/post-trip inspections and basic maintenance checks
- Load/unload materials using proper equipment and safety protocols
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation
- Adapt routes based on real-time project needs and weather conditions
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and site supervisors
- Uphold strict safety standards and compliance with DOT regulations
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years dump truck experience
- Ability to lift 50-75 lbs occasionally
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Knowledge of Colorado Springs area and surrounding regions
- Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, or weekends as needed
