Responsibilities
- Operate company-provided dump trucks for material transport in Irvine and surrounding areas
- Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate trip logs
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and DOT regulations
- Coordinate with dispatch team for efficient route planning
- Load/unload materials safely using proper equipment techniques
- Perform minor equipment maintenance and report issues promptly
- Maintain clean driving record and professional conduct
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years dump truck operation experience
- Clean driving record with no major violations
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Knowledge of local Irvine/Orange County routes
- Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Flexibility to work early mornings and weekends as needed
