Responsibilities
- Operate dump trucks to transport construction materials to job sites
- Perform daily pre-trip inspections and vehicle maintenance checks
- Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and paperwork
- Collaborate with site supervisors for efficient unloading operations
- Manage loading/unloading procedures safely and efficiently
- Report mechanical issues and perform minor repairs as needed
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years dump truck driving experience
- Clean driving record with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Familiarity with Arizona roadways and construction zones
- Basic mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting
- Strong communication and time-management skills
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
