Responsibilities
- Safely operate dump trucks for material transport (dirt, gravel, asphalt)
- Pre-trip inspections and basic vehicle maintenance
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation
- Adhere to all DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Coordinate with dispatchers and site supervisors
- Manage loading/unloading procedures efficiently
- Ensure timely deliveries to construction sites and quarries
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B CDL with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience
- Dump truck endorsement or willingness to obtain
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Basic mechanical knowledge preferred
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
