Responsibilities
- Safely operate dump trucks on construction sites and public roads
- Load/unload materials including gravel, asphalt, and demolition debris
- Pre-trip/post-trip inspections and daily equipment maintenance
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation
- Adhere to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Collaborate with site supervisors and ground crews
- Assist in minor equipment troubleshooting and reporting
Qualifications
- Valid Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with air brake endorsement
- Minimum 2 years dump truck operation experience
- Clean driving record (no DUIs in past 5 years)
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Knowledge of Boston metro area traffic patterns
- Basic equipment maintenance awareness
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
