Responsibilities
- Safely operate dump trucks to transport construction materials, debris, and aggregates
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and pre/post-trip safety checks
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and DOT regulations
- Coordinate with dispatch team for efficient route planning
- Load/unload materials using proper equipment techniques
- Report mechanical issues and maintenance needs promptly
- Represent company professionally with clients and contractors
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B CDL with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience
- Endorsement for heavy equipment operation preferred
- Ability to work in outdoor conditions with variable weather
- Strong commitment to safety and compliance
- Physical ability to climb equipment and handle up to 50 lbs
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Basic knowledge of Phoenix area transportation routes
