Responsibilities
- Safely operate dump trucks to transport construction materials, gravel, and debris across Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex
- Perform pre-trip inspections and basic vehicle maintenance checks
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation per DOT regulations
- Collaborate with site supervisors to coordinate loading/unloading schedules
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and traffic laws
- Manage daily route optimization to maximize efficiency
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license with clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience with dump trucks
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical job site tasks
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Familiarity with Dallas area roadways and construction zones
- Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Strong communication and time management abilities
