Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver Amazon packages to residential and business customers
- Operate delivery vehicles in compliance with safety regulations and GPS routing
- Manage package loading/unloading and maintain vehicle cleanliness
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Use Amazon technology to track deliveries and report issues
- Maintain accurate delivery records and route documentation
- Adhere to delivery time windows and performance standards
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year of commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Basic smartphone proficiency for delivery apps
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- Pass background check and drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent required
