Responsibilities
- Safely operate dump trucks to transport construction materials, dirt, and debris
- Conduct pre-trip inspections and maintain accurate vehicle maintenance logs
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and DOT regulations at all times
- Collaborate with site supervisors to coordinate loading/unloading schedules
- Manage delivery documentation and route optimization for efficiency
- Maintain clean vehicle appearance and report maintenance needs promptly
- Support emergency response operations during inclement weather
Qualifications
- Valid Class B CDL with airbrakes endorsement (Texas preferred)
- 2+ years commercial dump truck driving experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform outdoor work in all weather
- Strong navigation skills and familiarity with Laredo roadways
- DOT medical certification current and in good standing
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Basic equipment troubleshooting knowledge
