Responsibilities
- Safely operate dump trucks transporting construction materials, debris, and aggregates
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate delivery logs
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Coordinate with dispatch and ground crews for efficient loading/unloading
- Operate GPS navigation systems for timely route planning
- Maintain clean and compliant vehicle interiors/exteriors
- Communicate effectively with site supervisors and team members
Qualifications
- No prior driving experience required - we provide full CDL training
- Valid California driver's license with clean MVR (3+ years)
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Basic math skills for load calculations and documentation
- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and work outdoors in varying conditions
- Reliable transportation to our Irvine facility
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety excellence
- Willingness to obtain Class B CDL upon hire (paid training)
