Responsibilities
- Safely operate company-provided tractors for dedicated regional routes
- Adhere strictly to FMCSA regulations and DOT compliance
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and basic preventive maintenance
- Maintain accurate electronic logs (ELD) and delivery documentation
- Build strong relationships with dedicated customer partners
- Represent the company professionally at all customer locations
- Utilize advanced GPS routing technology for efficient deliveries
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean 3-year driving record
- Minimum 2 years verifiable OTR experience
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Familiarity with ELD systems and electronic logs
- Strong commitment to safety and compliance
- Excellent communication and time-management skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs for securement purposes
- No preventable accidents in last 12 months
