Responsibilities
- Safely operate dump trucks to transport soil, gravel, and demolition debris
- Conduct pre-trip inspections and maintain accurate vehicle logs
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and DOT regulations
- Coordinate with construction site supervisors for efficient loading/unloading
- Perform minor maintenance checks and report mechanical issues
- Manage delivery documentation and customer communication
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience
- Clean driving record with no major violations
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Basic mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions
